Blake Dozier and Cory Jessee founded OnPoint with the goal of bringing excellent customer service to an industry where good service is hard to find. Combining their backgrounds in commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and small business, Blake and Cory bought a small janitorial company in 2015, and over the past decade they have expanded OnPoint’s reach across the Mid-Atlantic through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. A few years in, they wised up and made OnPoint a true family business with the addition of their wives, Caroline and Ashley. With six kids and two hunting dogs between them, there’s a never a dull moment in the office.
